All of our items shipped domestically in the U.S. are free! We are able to ship world-wide by request.
Processing Time

Standard orders are processed, verified within but not subject to 2-3 business days.

Shipped within 3-5 business days excluding holidays, sales and weekends. Please note that during COVID-19 you may experience shipping delays.

Express orders are processed, verified and shipped within 1 business day.

If you would like priority shipping, please submit inquiry through customer portal.
All shipping fees are calculated by shipping calculator.
We are NOT responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. You can track your package by creating a free account on our website or via USPS with the tracking number that was emailed to you.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST IN THE MAIL OR ANY OTHER PROBLEMS NOT FAULTED TO US! ALSO ONCE YOUR STATUS IS DELIVERED WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE.
Please Note:
The time it takes to receive items includes processing + shipping transit time. For example, choosing a Next Day Shipping service does not guarantee you will receive it the day after you place your order. You must still allow time for the order to process.
Also, ordering a PREORDER item will result in shipping delays as the item will be available to ship at a later date.
If there is an item in another size, but not in stock, please email us to see if we can place the order.
return & exchange policy
No Refunds on any items. No cancelations once order has been placed. No excuses, however We can understandably accept items for exchange or store credit IF APPLICABLE/ ACCEPTABLE.
Items will be eligible for exchange or store credit within 7 days from post marked delivery.
We are asking that you contact info@elevynelevyn.com in regards to returning your items for exchange. Once request is received you will receive an item exchange email with instructions. All customers are solely responsible for their own return shipments.
We will pay for return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you've received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Please allow 7-10 days after items has been delivered to process your store credit or exchange if applicable. In order to honor any exchanges or store credit, all returned items MUST be in new conditions with all tags attached. If the item is NOT returned in new condition, your credit will NOT be issued.

ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED UNWORN, UNWASHED, NO DAMAGE, UNUSED AND WITH TAGS ATTACHED
NO VISIBLE DEODORANT ON ITEMS.
